I studied with Robert from 2007 to 2010, having initially done my Introductory Certificate with ICS as a distance learning course. I was finding this hard work and wasn't getting the support I needed to complete the course. Having found Robert and taking an interest in the Professional Certificate course, Robert kindly helped and supported me to finish the course with ICS.
During my 3 years with Robert I gained both the Professional Certificate and Diploma successfully. Although classes grew over the years Robert still had time to support and guide me through each module.
