By submitting this application form you confirm that you have understood and accepted the following points:
1. CIM registration and exam fees must be paid direct to CIM.
2. For self-funded students, payment of the tuition fee should be by cheque made payable to Robert Chiswick Training.
3. For students whose tuition fee is being sponsored, Robert Chiswick Training and Development require a letter from the employer
in advance of course commencement, providing authorisation for them to be invoiced for the full amount. BACS payment system is
available for employers.
4. Payment must be made on or before commencement of the course.
5. Cancellation may be made up to two weeks before the start of a course and a full refund will be made. Cancellations after that date
will not be entitled to a refund.
6. We reserve the right to cancel/postpone a course or change a course programme, in which case all affected students will be given
sufficient notice to either defer or cancel.
7. The formation and continuation of a class is dependent on a minimum number of student enrolments.
8. We reserve the right to refuse any bookings.
9. Should students be absent for any reason we will accept no liability to provide extra tuition although we will endeavour to support the
student in their absence.
10. Student attendance at lectures must be a minimum of 75%
11. Students must submit work in accordance with required deadlines.
12. Information may go out of date, course outlines and certain teaching staff may change, and we cannot accept liability for the
consequences of any inaccuracy.
13. Students must comply with Health and Safety regulations and other operational guidelines as issued and Robert Chiswick Training and
Development does not accept any liability for any loss, injury or accident whilst attending lectures or tutorials.
